Had a survivor game, where I got a msg saying how could I be rank 5 as I was the most incompetent player he ever saw. BTW, I did 2 saves and 2 gens. 
Funny thing is, next day played with him again and he was basemented when all gens were done. Other survivors escaped but I went and saved him and we just escaped.

I had to msg, reminding him how I was "incompetent" yet only one bothered to save him... Hmmm funny enough no reply.

Sorry had to post as made me laugh

    Rank doesn't represent your skill level, so no reason to care. Any crappy player can get to rank 1.
    You take rank too seriously if you get triggered by someone talking crap about you being X rank and being bad or whatever he said.

    Rank does matter, u cant brag rights such as saying who are the best killers, how broken survivors are or how imbalanced the game is if u arent at Rank 1 95% of your play time.

    Or , maybe , just maaaaaaybe being rank 1 only shows that you play the game a lot more than others, and actually play worse than someone who's rank 10 because than rank 10 doesn't play enough to reach rank 1.
    It's not like ranking up is hard xD

    I'm not arguing, just giving you something to think about. Being rank 1 proves nothing , especially when there's such a thing called "rank reset" and "deranking". Both sides have good players playing on lower ranks , but does that mean they are not as good as they were when they were on rank 1? They are as good, and you meet these players often , especially after rank reset. So how is being rank 1 is what determines your skill? Lol.
    Not every good player is in rank 1.
    Think about that.

    I am probably not as good as my rank, but my style is teamwork. I was only one that bothered to help this guy, yet last game for no reason he went all salty. BTW, I don't care for rank, just good games
