Discord Ban but no moderator tagged?

I've been a happy member of the dbd discord for over 3 years, having the prestige tag and a good rep, however i recently lost my account for 2 hours as a result of being hacked, sending nude discord links to all my friends and servers. as you can imagine, this kicked me from the dbd discord. I did some research on how to get back into the server and 90% says that i should dm the moderator that banned me. However, i was banned by the bot for an hour, but perma banned by an unknown moderator. plz someone help me out.
