Kaneki Nerfs + Addon Rework/Tweaks As Compensation

Nerfs:
- Increased Recharge Per Leap Cooldown from 2.5s → 2.75/3.0s (Either)
This change is made to the power almost always being off cooldown as well as always on top of a survivor if used correctly. With not much escape potential.
- Increased Vault Speed During Enraged Mode from 0.999s → 1.1/1.2s (Either)
This change is made to remove the aspect of this power being as problematic as old chucky scamper was. Currently it is so fast that there is not much time to move or react.
- Reduced Auto-Aim on the Leap Attack + Fixed Issues Hitting Through Some Walls
This would be both a buff and a nerf for this killer seeming the lesser auto aim would allow easier evasion from the survivors aim, while at high skill levels make it so the killer doesn't accidently lock onto a survivor when trying to leap somewhere near them.
Add On Reworks/Tweaks Compensation:
- Iridescent Eye Patch - While in enraged mode, vaulting a pallet on the third consecutive Kagune leap breaks it → Now breaks on the second or third consecutive leap in enraged mode. Most of the time the third leap is never used because it doesn't have a slide and in close Quarter chase its really awkward having to bounce around just to break the pallet and have a long cooldown. Most games with this add on see no value and that's bad for a pink
- CCG ID Card - Has to many activation conditions for so little amount of Aura reading. This has 2 ways it could change, when performing a Kagune vault reaveal all survivors auras within 24 meters (Was Marked Survivors) for 5 seconds (Was 3 seconds). OR Reveal all Marked Survivors (Was within 24 meters) Still 5 seconds (Was 3)
- Torture Apparatus - When Enraged mode ends gains 5% Haste for 6 seconds. (Most times Enrage mode ending is completely random and because the haste is so short this add on gives no value. 2 Options - When Enrage mode starts gain 5% haste for 6 seconds. Or When it ends gain 5% haste for 15 seconds
- Amon's Necktie - Probably the worst on the list as several killers have this effect in a brown add on. "Reveals the auras of pallets/windows within 32 meters while aiming Kagune leap" - To specific and not good enough for a green add on. Rework this add on completely. - Now "Cooldown on Kagune Leap in Enraged Mode Reduced by 10%" - This would go good to offer something in return for the nerf.
- Mado's Glove - "Upon removing Kagune marks survivors suffer from exhausted for 15 seconds" This leaves it being to random and most of the time that means the killer has left them so the 15 seconds is useless. Simple change is "Upon receiving Kagune mark, survivors suffer from exhausted for 10 seconds"
- Red Spider Lily - "While in enraged mode basic attacks afflict hemorrhage for 60 seconds" Most of the time this status is useless by itself and doesn't see much gameplay. Several other green tier add ons for killers do this effect + Mangled and it lasts for 70 seconds. I think a good compromise is both for 60 on this add on
- Rize's Glasses - "Upon Entering Enraged mode, reveals the auras of healthy survivors working on generators" - Change this to any health state survivor
- Kaneki's Satchel - "Increases spead of the third leap by 30%" - Change to increase each consecutive leap by 10% e.i. 1st 10% 2nd 20% 3rd 30%
- The Black Goats Egg - "Earn 100% Bonus BP when performing a perfectly timed grab-attack" - Now add the aura reveal of the pallets while aiming the leap to this brown add on
- Anteiku Apron - "Decrease the slide after a leap by 50%" - Now Increases the slide of the leap by 10%. Nobody every uses this because the slide is the most fun part of the kit
