Game Crashing on console

Issue : When loading into a game after 5 minutes of being in the game itself it automatically crashes and gives me a dc penalty the game automatically crashes and closes out on my console which is Xbox series x I’ve tried it on PlayStation as well and it has also did the same thing now I have a 24 hour dc penalty for an error I’m not causing I’ve reached out to Xbox supports and PlayStation support they both told me to contact the game support system on this issue as there where no issues on there end and couldn’t do much more about this. This issue for me on both consoles has been going on for almost a year now I’ve made reports on here but it generally doesn’t seem like no one is picking up on this issue at all I’m not sure what to do at this point I’ve re installed the game cleared my cache and even wiped my whole console to a fresh start it still does the same thing and it doesn’t do it with any other games just dbd.

PLATFORM: Xbox & PlayStation

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: when loading into a game for about 5 minutes or so it crashes and closes out completely without any sort of warning I tried running the game again for it to do the same thing.
