Midwich Radio Easter Egg broken

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Radio Easter Egg on Midwich is broken. The radio itself is audible, but doesn't freak out when Pyramid Head comes close, and also, the sound comes from a broken bench in the hallways now, and not a locker with the radio inside like it's supposed to.
