Ghoul got nerfed?

The autoaim nerf is significant and makes the first hit a lot harder for players without experience. The range nerf reduces map pressure. The reduced enrage time makes stealth better to time him out. The pallet break cooldown is good. ..
The only thing survivors have left to winged about are vault speeds (shouldn't be a problem because he can't down with his power like Wesker) and his cancel (the literal core skill expression and way to down. Lest he just become a legion post first hit and have to m1 chase through loops)

He wasn't strong to begin with. He's a mobile Legion.
If a killer actually wants to win, they'll go Nurse. That hasn't changed since she released.

He is miles ahead of Legion. Calling him not strong because he isn't Nurse doesn't make since, we can say that about any killer. That isn't an argument.

It absolutely is. If Nurse is allowed to exist, no killer is a balance issue. And struggling with a killer that literally CAN'T down with his power? That's a massive skill issue.

I would personally nerf Nurse, don't get me wrong. However with this train of logic I can say with how overpowered swf is on coms that as long as that exists, nothing else bothering survivors is an issue either. This wouldn't make sense as well, and there's a lot of things I'd improve on survivor. Just like most matches aren't Nurse, most matches arent swf on coms, so we can't use these as arguments for nothing else needing changes.
Now if you rephrased your argument a little to say something like, if they aren't A tier or above then they they don't need nerfs I could be more in line with that. Although there is always an argument that there's more to balancing than just power level. Like even if they're A tier and don't need nerfs hypothetically for power, they may have something that's not overpowered but just unfun to interact with that could need changing and I'd argue Ghoul had some things that weren't fun to interact with.

Flavour of the month players will have to move back to nurse I guess.
