VPNing Killers Question

I feel like killers VPNing is becoming a problem. When I'm in a game on NA East and my killer's ping is almost 200 or more… they are definitely not playing from NA East. Is VPNing a reportable offense? Killers do benefit from it, it gives them an unfair advantage in the game. Can something be done about this?

    I feel their regional assignment logic is busted. As a central U.S. player, I sometimes get matched up with people from the U.K. I dont think it's a vpn issue, especially considering vpn lag is bad on a lot of killers...especially if their powers are associated with server side checks like ghostie stealth.

    The issue is … VPNing (the lag it causes) allows killers to get hits they shouldn't get. I've seen them hit through rocks, through walls, etc.

    I agree that's a thing, but I'm just saying the majority of the problem is likely just them assigning people to the wrong region. Killers going out of their way to VPN for easier hits are probably a lot less than you think. I have a fiberoptics connection, and with or without VPN (I've tested both), I still sometimes get incredibly laggy matches, and almost every time, post game chat, the other players are all from a completely different country.
