I know the Kate Denson and Yun Jin cosmetics from the Junji Ito collection have been having issues recalibrating in-game or just simply not spawning in. There have been several games where Kate's skin has no bottom cosmetic at all and its just the black undergarment. With Yun Jin's bug, on the bottom cosmetic the back of the skirt bunches up and gets stuck around the waist line.
