SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Deathslingers shots land but gets desynced

PLATFORM: PC stream

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Well when shooting as deathslinger shots do seem to connect but server desync's and invalidates the shot.

    I've noticed this as well ever since 8.6.0. I'd say it happens once a game on average when playing him.
