SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Claud has a dress that has insane flickering.

Just had a Ghoul match where after downing this Claud, her skirt started to float and glitch around like crazy, and it just kept getting worse and worse. I'm pretty sure it's the Glorious orange skirt or the Plum skirt
