(Not sure if bug) Blood Moon event affects Normal Mode MMR

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: It's been long enough now that I'm confident Blood Moon wins/losses effect your MMR in normal queue.


The issue is that I can't tell if this is intentional or not because Chaos Shuffle froze your MMR from normal mode. Blood Moon inherits your normal mode MMR, but *also* effects it, which in turn effects itself.


Is this intentional?

PLATFORM: Steam

Confirmation about whether or not this is a bug would be appreciated because Chaos Shuffle freezes MMR. Blood Moon does not.

This is my first Blood Moon event so I genuinely do not know.
