No Dream World filter on Freddy

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
I’ve been playing Freddy for a couple months and I’ve noticed I don’t get the dream world filter on some maps. It happens so often that I am surprised anytime I do get the filter. This can be frustrating sometimes because this lack of a filter seems to darken certain areas of certain maps like the Vecna map where it feels like I’m playing on Lights Out whilst I’m in the dungeon. I’m on console so I can’t brighten this up until the gamma slider comes out and its hard to see sometimes.
