MISSING CENOBITE SKIN - NOT FREE SKINS BUT PAID FOR SKINS

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Following the Cenobite removal from the store , my paid skins have gone missing

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: The skin for cenobite was present prior to the April 4th 2025 and are now not showing. I had purchased the suit of sufferance. I have seen another ticket about missing FREE skins but this is not the same issue as I have paid for this set.

It makes me cautious about purchasing futher skins if they are just going to disappear without prior warning and without an offer of refund. Furthermore I raised a support ticket whereby it was advised that the issue was addressed and they would close my ticket automatically. The mail didn't explain or refer to another open ticket , provide any SLA , or detail if the issue was still open….
