SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Will not let me activate cross progression and I have followed all steps. I've been stuck for two days trying to figure this out.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURRED: I go to activate my cross progression on BHVR website and the request cancels/fails and sends me a email saying "Failed connection to my BHVR account"
