Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

The Endurance Status Effect

I made a post over 2 years ago complaining about the Endurance status effect Survivors get after being unhooked being used offensively instead of defensively; and in this time I've done some thinking on it.

I'm still right.

If someone was freshly unhooked, I do not want to target them, I want to go after the person who unhooked them, and often times, even two years later, especially with OTR, I am blocked by the person who is supposed to be the most vulnerable in this interaction.

I propose the idea that the Endurance Status Effect, which is incredibly strong, be limited. Remove it from unhooked Survivors and simply make them invulnerable for the 10s. In this 10s they will also lose collision with the killer and other survivors. I cannot emphasize enough that I do not want to tunnel, I want to not have to eat through someone's 1up because they own a P3 Zarina.

Additionally, the unhook protections should be disabled in the endgame. Survivors hold too many cards during the endgame, simply put. Endurance, Haste, Body Blocking, etc. If the match is ending, all bets are off and they should have to be careful. I would be willing to trade current NOED to make it only work in EGC so long as it's no longer a Hex

IDK, I've been playing Killer a little more recently and it has been miserable.
