Twins get no unhook notification

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When playing as twins and using victor, there is no loud noise or any indicator that someone has been unhooked.
PLATFORM:PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Play Twins, Hook survivor, go victor, survivor gets unhooked.

This issue has been going on for over 3 months now. And just like most bugs for twins, it remains ignored.
