I think the ghoul would heavily benefit from having a separate attack and environment grab range. It allows you to keep a fair attacking distance that makes landing it skillful without heavily limiting the options of things he can grab in the environment. This way you can also have an add-on that increases the attack range by 1 meter and buff the current range add-on to 2 but make it only do environment range.
