Nea's Lore.
In Nea's Lore it says that Nea's friends dared her to go to Protus Penn Asylum to tag it, but if you look everywhere on asylum or the clown's new map, it is nowhere to be found.
Also one more question, Nea and Kate are both artists, Nea creates paintings and tags government buildings with it and Kate creates songs. Both of them came with a killer and they both came from the same location, the asylum maps. So were they friends before this or is it just me going crazy?

According to the sacred archive, written down by a group known as “Nea and the Pussycats” she went to the asylum, met a nurse who ran away from Nea’s ugliness, then Nea joined a club in the entities realm.

According to Kate's lore, the Entity took her from a forest, not the asylum like Nea. So, unlikely they were friends or even knew each other.
