Survivor HUD stuck icons

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: In few matches I played yesterday there was this bug that some reason caused some interaction icons on other survivors get stuck after they finished the interaction. It does clear itself after the survivor interacts with something that would show new icon so its not permanently stuck on the screen.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I don't know what causes it but observed it few matches and usually only one time during the match that I noticed it.
VIDEO: No Video but I have a picture. In the picture Yun-Jin Lee has the full finished gen icon on her when the gen in question was finished a while ago.
