Badly aligned hook on Léry's Memorial Institute

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Seen this hook spawn few times recently and its aligned with the outer wall of the map and could be quite easily used to guarantee a kill after gens have been finished as it most likely could easily be blocked by killer just standing on certain spot.

Still an issue
Its not the same hook but you can still get these badly aligned hooks in Lery's and RPD. Killed can stand on one spot and there is no way a survivor can be saved in end game situation.
