The Nightmare has almost no Terror Radius

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Just played against Freddy Krueger in back-to-back matches and in both games he had no Terror Radius until within about a VERY short distance from me. About 8-12 meters. In multiple instances he would be able to hit me with the slowdown shot before I even heard the TR. Different players in both games. No perks or add-ons that would alter the TR. I was awake both times, not oblivious by any means. Happened throughout the entire game. Did not seem to be caused by any particular action. Not caused by my headphones. Blood Moon event both games. Killers weren't playing well enough to be cheaters.
