My Dead Hard has been Broken for over a year

I put in a ticket over a year ago that demonstrates that I can ONLY use Dead Hard when touching some kind of object – a car, a barrel, a wall, a rock – you name it.... I added in video footage over a minute long of me touching various objects to show that it is indeed active but if I'm in open space, it's nonexistent. The video was uploaded to YouTube and is unlisted so the views on it have to be from them since you need the link to access it.

A year or more has gone by and it is still the same. Dead Hard is effectively broken for me and I assume I am not the only one. I'm disappointed but not surprised.
