PC - マッチング中とスコアボードのプレイヤーID不備

【再現手順】
手順1:v8.6.2（ブラッドムーン）にてマッチング中にプレイヤーIDを確認すると中国系の方の名前が■く文字化けしている
手順2:スコアボード画面ではきちんと表示されているため、マッチング中の使用フォント（文字コード）がおかしい

【プレイキャラクター】
フェリックス・リクター

【装備・使用していたパーク】
最後の切り札、刑事の直感、内なる力、血族

【マップ】
ステージ関係なし

【問題の発生頻度】
100%
