Bloodpoint for being in dying state

I know survs already got a bloodpoint buff but can Survivor also get point for being in dying state? A survivor cannot choose being in dying state and often killer let them in dying state to get the last surv (this is okay) but a survivor gets nothing for it. At worst he is lying there for 4 Minute and getting literally nothing. It would be a bit more "worth" if survivor gets per second some bloodpoints.


What are your thoughts about that?
