Devs, please change Deranged Pursuit
I'll start off by saying, I know it's an achievement, and they're not supposed to be easy to get. Case in point: Skilled Huntress requiring 20 hatchet hits from over 24 meters. It was the bane of my huntress games for ages.
That said, the nature of Deranged Pursuit changes every match so much, it's a really stupid achievement to go for.
For those who don't know, the description for Deranged Pursuit is wrong. In order to get credit for the achievement, you have to down 25 survivors while you have Killer Instincts. That means, you have to down a survivor, after applying Deep Wounds, without breaking Frenzy. Because of how many hits it takes to down a survivor, the only way to do this is by using two survivors.
So, you find Kate, Frenzy and apply Deep Wounds, and let's assume you're running Frank's to make the achievement easier, so when you land your second hit on Kate, her timer is reduced from 30 seconds down to 15. Now Kate can be downed in a single hit, with Frenzy or without, but you need Killer Instincts for the achievement. So, you have to maintain a chase with Kate so her timer doesn't run down, and she isn't able to mend, until she runs close to Tapp. At which point you activate Frenzy and hit Tapp, proc'ing Killer Instincts, and then you have to find Kate again (with no scratch marks, mind you, and no heartbeat notification because she already has Deep Wounds), and down her before she can mend and before your Frenzy ends.
It's a ridiculous achievement to try to get compared to every other achievement in the game. Any other achievement, killer or survivor, can be gotten with enough time through normal game-play. Meaning, you don't have to alter the way you play in such a way that it's a hindrance to winning matches. It might be argued that the Adept achievements require playing without your most powerful builds, but even then, the process of killing survivors, or surviving, isn't altered, only the tools you have to do it.
It's also why it's the only achievement with a global success rate of 0.0%.
If the 2.5.0 changes to Legion on the PTB had gone live, it would have been a far easier achievement to get over time, since injured survivors could be downed with two Frenzy hits, using Frank's. But, those changes didn't go live, and so the achievement remains a mess.
My recommendation would be for the achievement to work as the description reads currently, even if it means upping the number of required downs from 25. As it reads, it requires downing survivors who already have Deep Wounds, with Killer Instincts or without. Or, requiring to down survivors while in Frenzy (meaning, you couldn't hit someone with Deep Wounds, break Frenzy, and get a single follow-up, normal melee hit).
Either would be far more in-line with all the other achievements in the game currently.

I agree. I got it, but at least 15 out of the 25 was done with the help of some friendly survivors who recognized what I was up to. Not only that, but the whole concept of what you have to do to register points for this achievement goes against common sense and effective gameplay. And then there's the incredibly sloppy work with description. If, for some unfathomable reason the devs are adamant to leave the requirement of the achievement as it is, at least the text should be corrected.
