Bloodpoint cap is still 5 million

So is it permanent now because it was just a test for the bloodmoon event but the event just ended today.

It will stay at 5 million until the Bulk Bloodpoint spending feature has been implemented as shown on the QoL Roadmap, then we will re-evaluate at that point.
You're definitely not going to lose the Bloodpoints you've earnt.
