Survivors can make Killers unable to open Lockers
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Picking up a survivor and opening a locker are bound to the same key. Picking up a survivor takes priority over opening a locker. This means that a survivor in the dying state can prevent a killer from opening a locker. Survivors are abusing this by going down directly in front of a locker that their teammate is in, protecting that teammate by making the killer unable to open the locker and then being saved with a Head On stun when the killer picks them up.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Survivor A enters a locker
- Survivor B goes down directly in front of the locker
- they can guarantee this by either opening the occupied locker or using an emote (default binding 1 or 2) as they get hit to go down with no momentum
→ if Survivor B is positioned correctly, the killer will be completely unable to open the locker. If Survivor B is not positioned correctly, the killer may be able to open the locker from the very side, though Survivor B can prevent this by moving towards that same side of the locker along with the killer
I was not able to save video and player logs of this but it is extremely easy to reproduce so I hope these will not be necessary.
