Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Offerings greyed out loading in, game won’t start
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Upon beginning to load into the match, when the offerings start to appear on the screen. The writing appears greyed out, and whenever this occurs, the game will not load. It will stay on the offerings screen until I close my game.
PLATFORM: Xbox Series S
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: The game began to load in. The offerings page appears and begins as normal. If you hover over the offerings you will see that the descriptions of each offering appears duller & grey. Once this happens, there is nothing I can do other than close the game.
VIDEO: I cannot add the clip I have as it’s downloaded from Twitch and isn’t allowing me to, but will attach two screenshots of the start and end of clip.
In the first screenshot, you can see the offerings greyed out. In the second, all the offerings have been consumed yet I can still see all descriptions. It will stay like this until game is closed and reloaded.
