Add more languages to Playstation and Xbox consoles

Why aren't all the languages available on PC available on consoles?
Russian, Polish, Thai, Spanish (Latin American) and Turkish are missing on Playstation and Xbox.
By adding more languages, the developers could attract even more users to the game.

I've been talking to Xbox support. They claim that the list of languages in the game depends only on the developer's choice, and not on the Xbox itself.

Yeah pretty sure thats up to the console creators to fix, not BHVR
