SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Cracked Primer Bulb works with Make Your Choice but not with NOED

PLATFORM: DBD

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: sorry for a lame bug post but in chaos shuffle i got make your choice and i sawed someone and down them, i honestly not sure if they were injured or not, they was all in a bunch healing but i swear i hit the unhooker and i was like "oh, it works with this perk but not that one" i am sorry if i am wrong, i tried to duplicate it in the same match but failed, so if this ain't factual, i sincere apologize for submitting this. " i come across few hear and there but i forget some such as some kinda major type issue as i consider this one if it's real, imma try to keep on it when i come across them by submitted and being sure about it"

    You can't down full health exposed survivors with special attacks and Billy's chainsaw is special attack. Exposed survivors only get downed if you use basic attack on them. So in your first option the survivor was most likely injured already.
