Visual bug when changing items

Items in the character's hand does not change when switching items with the Loadout tab pulled up an instead only change when you exit out of the Loadout tab

Xbox Series S

Switch items as Survivor.

Also, BoxGhost, if you close this simply because there is no logs again I will be forced to submit a ticket on your mod abuse once again. The instructions are there and the logs are impossible to obtain on console.
