Do event player badges and banners ever come back?

I had to miss out on the blood moon event due to working long hours and being away from my pc. I missed out on the blood moon crow badge and animated profile banner. Is there any chance that these will be available again next year? I remember reading an old post about cosmetics becoming less exclusive (except for legacy). Does this apply to banners and badges too? Did prior year's blood moon player icons and banners become available again this year for people who missed out on them? Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated and I am currently regretting not trying to find a way to play during blood moon

    They offered last year's charms, badges, and banners in a paid bundle during this year's Blood Moon event. I assume the badges and banners will return next year for BM.

    They have been bringing them back on certain occasions, but never for shards. Be prepared to shell out some cash if you want them.
