If my game crashes and I even send the report why would I have to be locked out from the matchmaking? There should be an automatic process that if I send the crash report and it can clearly show the game crashed outside my will I shouldn't be banned from matchmaking, or at least keep my BP from the match. It's not my fault if the game crashed, it's not a internet or personal issue.

    dude, i hear it, actually for me why i left for console, once they updated to UR5 or w/e it made my pc crash every match and or i'd get one match in then the second match it would crash, faulty hardware… if you're on pc, it could very well be your pc. i was playing fine on pc until ur5 update, it literally it was the second pc i had moved to to be able to play, my 2016 pc was about 10 years old when i got to dbd,… but yeah, it might be on your end.
