Permanent red exclamation icon on Store

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: red exclamation icon on the Store button in main menu does not disappear even after going through the entire store and clicking every single red exclamation mark

PLATFORM: PC, most likely all platforms

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. Go to store
  2. Go through every tab and click on every item with red exclamation mark
  3. Go to main menu
  4. Store will still be marked red
