Accessibility for killers- visual cues
KKillers Should have the option for visual cues for breathing and footprints. It would make the game a lot more accessible for the hearing impaired. We have something like that for survivors, why not killers?

Survivors will be against it because they say it will give an advantage even though the visual heartbeat for the terror radius clearly gives a competitive advantage and many non impaired players use it

Honestly It's rather ridiculous this game forces killers to hear footsteps and breaths and repair noise which is so small and makes people to up the volume, all while keeping every ######### sounds super loud (especially explosions), almost as if game want to destroy your hearing capability
Gaming industry in general really should stop relying on sounds unless it's absolute necessary, and even then people will abuse equalizer/tuned speakers to gain advantages anyways

That's a bit of a broad statement, wouldn't you say?

The main difference in this scenario is that the Terrorradius is non-directional.
Footsteps, gen noises, survivor noises are.
Getting visual feedback for a survivor's injured noises behind a wall would be constant aura read level.
That's also why there is no help for hard of hearing survivors that face Spirit. It'd have to be directional and that would counter her whole thing and would be highly abusable for everyone.
It would be nice though if DBD would have a look at their sound mixing. Some things being super quiet and getting swallowed by surroundings, while other sounds being earpiercing is a bit annoying.

The audio on dbd is so inconsistent it wouldn't be a bad idea to have something to help people with hearing issues while playing killer.
