SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: stuck on top of hook. RPD

PLATFORM: xbox

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: chased survivor on RPD map, they dropped down from a platform directly on a hook. I followed to chase but got stuck. Couldn't move. Please change the location of this hook.
