Singularity haste change

Do I see that wrong or did they buff singularitys speed in overclock mode by a small amount?

Because 3% of 115% are 3,45% instead of the flat 3% he had before xD

I like to play him in general but I don't really understand why they changed that xD

I think it's a terminology thing, possibly an aftereffect of them wanting to do away with haste stacking.

Basically, they wanted that speed increase to always apply, so they made is basekit instead of applying it through a haste buff. The speed bonus itself shouldn't have changed.

This change does not increase the base speed of Overclock. The 3% haste was 3% of 4.6m/s (not 3% of 4.0)

While his basekit is unaffected it is technically and extremely small buff when stacking haste. For example with rapid brutality before you would essentially get 13% haste or a move speed of 5.198 m/s now you get a 3% base speed increase and a 10% haste for a total move speed of 5.2118 m/s. This increase is so small to be practically the same, but it is technically stronger
