New Rift badges aren't showing/unlocking

in Bug Reporting

Levelling up the rift, for sure have both of the visible badges unlocked, as shown here:

However, when I search for them, they aren't showing up at all:

I've tried using multiple search terms, and even scrolled through my badges manually. They aren't showing. ;-; I have the outfit for Haddie and the charm unlocked and usable, though!

    So maybe the bug isn't them not unlocking, it's them unlocking but on a severe delay?? Because I reached their tiers in the rift probably about an hour ago, if not earlier.
