Rift Pass Quests Counter Wrong

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After completing all of the weekly rift pass quests, when I look in Rift Pass Completion Quests it only says I did 3. With 12 weeks of the rift, its impossible to get to 48 rift pass quests with it showing only 3 weekly. It should probably be showing 4.
