Perk Idea: field surgery

There should be a perk to counterplay broken, obviously with drawbacks. How about

FIELD SURGERY

You may remove the broken status from another player by performing a quick and hasty surgery.

You may perform a conspicuous action for 15 seconds to remove broken with constant skill checks, if you fail a skill check during this you will trigger a loud notification.

While being operated on the broken player has a 5% hindrance that lasts for 10 seconds after the surgery.

The patient has mangled and hemorrhage inflicted for 60 seconds.

Basically lets you go and reset IF you can hide long enough. Big risks, big rewards. If the survivors can evade the killer they can shrug off broken faster, and reset.
