[SUGGESTION] Event offerings should be account wide

It just feels weird that event offerings are character bound. At the very least, anniversary offerings should be account wide.

With the new survivor coming out today plus with Blood Moon ending, I feel like I'm forced to play the characters who still have the cobblers in order to get decent amount of bloodpoints per trial. This feels even worse with how rare bloody party streamers are in the blood web. I got Orela to P3 and got 0 bloody party streamers.

Would be a nice QoL change to have a shared pool of event offerings. Survivors and killers can have their own shared event pools.

Either that or increase the earnable bloodpoints per trial. With the amount of characters in the game, there is no reason to be stingy anymore.
