Birds of Torment (Artist's power) has different Bugs
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Artist's power, Birds of Torment, has some massive bugs and got more with the Steady Pulse Chapter.
- Sometimes when shooting a Bird to a survivor that is not in the Flight Path, the Crow just goes through the survivor and neither swarms them, hits them when they already swarmed, nor gives you Killer Instinct. The survivor is basically invisible (and this is not the temporarly immunity of 0.75 seconds - it's just the game does not count the hit)
- When a survivor gets swarmed, there is a little delay of like 0.5 - 1 seconds til you get the audio and visual notification
- When shooting a Bird, they sometimes move slower than they should be.
- Idle Crows sometimes just despawn
- Her Birds have a 10 - 12 degree offset on placement

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Log in, play Artist, and setup a Crow. The first bug is really difficult to show because it happens sometimes and I have no video to show it. The second one is really easy to proove because since this update, it happens every time when you swarm a survivor - you have a slightly delay of the visual and audio info. I play Artist since her release and with every update I notice these bugs because they messes with my muscle memory.

Can confirm all of the above.
The bird acceleration is the main issue as it massively impedes the muscle memory for sniping/follow up crows - she is almost unplayable with this bug alone. Please look into this ASAP <3
