Performance + Stuttering + FPS Drops With Newest Patch

DBD Was running fine for me before the most recent patch, and now I'm experiencing FPS Drops and Stuttering in every game. I thought it was my computer but the settings are the exact same as before the update.

I also know it can't be my computer since I was running Death Stranding on max settings quality at 240fps with zero fps drops or stuttering since I have a really beefy PC.

If I can run that then why is DBD with a max of 120 fps having these issues every other patch?

    The issue is independent on pc specs, complete lack of optimization unfortunately
