Hook rotation error - camera clips into walls

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Don´t know if this is intended. Noticed on The Game, RPD and Hawkins Lab that some Hooks are not like before rotated like 45% but are very close to the wall. Camera clipped through the wall on Game map when i was hooked.
PLATFORM: PC/Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Look at the hook spawns near walls i guess.
