When killers first puts you in the hook the camping metier won’t go

When I’m playing as a survivor and I get hocked. The kill will sit there sometimes but the camping meter will not go up like they already left. Though they are standing in front of me

I play on an Xbox One

I get hocked, the killer will stand there in front of me and wait. The camper meter will never fill in.

    Theres a 7 second delay before the anti camp meter builds up
