Game freezes when opening the internet

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Games freezes when you open an internet browser window and clicks back into DBD, it remains frozen until you click on said internet browser window again and then back into DBD again.

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Open internet browser and click back into the game for the game to freeze. Do the same thing again to stop it from being frozen.
