Please Fix Matchmaking server selection

For the past several days the game goes through bursts of garbage matchmaking where it throws people in the wrong servers. I've been using exit lag which allows me to see what server I'm connected to and for the past several days I've had to dodge lobbies constantly to not be put in EU servers even though im an NA west player.
It usually takes me 5-10 lobby dodges before the game finally puts me in the correct servers in NA. It really kills my drive to play the game and makes me want to quit after playing 3 or 4 matches. This isn't just happening to me either because if you actually play these matches you'll see often times everyone in the lobby, survivors and killers all have terrible ping.
