Survivor stuck inside locker (but not really "in the locker"?)

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I was a playing a game as Dredge, and noticed one of the survivors to be absent from the game. As I played the match, I had sacrificed 1, and downed 2. Thanks to the Infectious Fright perk, I heard Jake screaming, and saw that he was "glitched" inside a locker. He was "inside" the locker (not in the usual way). As I was playing the Dredge, I could enter the locker and see that he was "inside it", but I couldn't grab him as usual, neither attack him from outside.
PLATFORM: PC/STEAM
