Why can Tier above 100 be done infinitely. No longer getting Fragments from Devotion. Infinite tier is capped.

    You gain 5 rift fragments for every 500xp. It doesn't show the physical movement animation anymore, but people have noted that you basically get 5 rift fragments for every trial completed, so in theory, even if you completed every daily, weekly, and milestone during a rift window, you would still be able to earn more fragments. It's there for people who will overcap because they play for a living or something. Also, people aren't taking into account that there will be a 2v8 event and the anniversary event during this rift, which means there will be special quests for those events that we aren't taking into account when we think of everything that would be needed to hit level 100 in the Rift. This is all entirely possible, and also there are people who will buy a rift on day 1 just so they can play with all of the stuff right away. Those people will very obviously keep overcapping through the 2.5 months of the Rift being open.
