PS5 SAVE GAME Error

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

PLATFORM: ps5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. open game
  2. get like 10 errors
  3. game save error :/

i already tried contacted support, but they told me that they cant do anything about corrupted data and lost progression from 2018, and bought all DLCs with a ton of skins … :/

any idea what should i do ? cuz i m getting ignored by support
